Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he

may be permitted to withdraw this petition at this stage as by

inadvertence composite petition has been filed assailing

more than one order passed in different complaints. He

submits that he will be filing separate petitions assailing the

said orders. Prayer is allowed. Accordingly, the instant

petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file separate
