Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as

per order dated 4th October, 2022 passed by this Court, the

petitioner has deposited 20% of the compensation amount and

has also furnished personal bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/-

with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the

learned trial Court.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent/complainant does

not dispute the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for

3. Since the petitioner has deposited 20% of the

compensation amount, vide Demand Draft No.036616 and also

furnished personal as well as surety bonds, therefore, no further

orders are required to be passed in the present petition and the

same is dismissed as infructuous.
