Alam Chand Vs. Chaman Lal & another

Mr. Sanjeev Sood, Additional Advocate General, with Mr. Amit Kumar Dhumal, Deputy Advocate General, for respondent No.2­State.

By way of this petition, the petitioner has

prayed for compounding of the offence, on the ground

that the matter now amicably settled between the

parties.

Taking into consideration the fact that after the

judgment of conviction passed against the petitioner by

learned Trial Court and after dismissal of his appeal,

as the revision petition preferred by the petitioner was

dismissed by Hon'ble Coordinate Bench of this Court, it

will be in the interest of justice in case present petition

is also listed before said Hon'ble Coordinate Bench.

Registry is directed to list the present petition before

the appropriate Bench.
