By way of present petition filed under S.482 CrPC,
petitioner has prayed for quashing of FIR No. 125, dated 13.9.2010,
under Ss. 147, 427, 447, 451 and 506 r/w S.149 IPC registered at Police
Station Baddi, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh and judgment dated
3.8.2019 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No.2,
Nalagarh, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh in Cr. Case No. 78/2 of
2012, on the basis of compromise entered into between the parties.
Notice. Mr. Narinder Guleria, learned Additional Advocate
General, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1.
For ascertaining the factum with regard to compromise
entered into between the parties, this court deems it fit to cause
presence of respondent No. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners
undertakes to cause presence of the respondent No.2/complainant, on
the next date of hearing.
List on 22.8.2022. In the meantime, learned Additional
Advocate General may also verify the factum with regard to compromise,
if any, entered into between the parties.
