Pursuant to order dated 20.7.2022, Director Elementary
Education has come present. Aforesaid officer states that since he has
recently joined the post, he was unable to go through the record. He
prays for and is granted ten days time to go through the record.
List on 17.8.2022, by which date, this court hopes and
trusts that that judgment in question shall be complied with, failing which,
aforesaid officer shall remain present in the court to explain, why
contempt proceedings be not initiated against him for willfully disobeying
the directions contained in order dated 21.3.2017 passed in CWP No.
1406 of 2017.
