           This petition coming on for admission this day, Hon'ble

    Mr. Justice Ravi Malimath, passed the following:

                                  ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

case in hand is covered by a judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme

Court, in the case of Civil Appeal No.6309 of 2017, titled Sunder

Singh Versus State of HP and others, decided on 08.03.2018, and

as narrated by this Court, vide order dated 14.09.2021, passed in

CWP No.3598 of 2019, titled Smt. Balo Devi Versus State of H.P.

and others.

2. Ms. Ritta Goswami, learned Additional Advocate

General, submits that the case of the petitioner will be considered

based on the facts and in terms of the aforesaid judgment, within a

period of eight weeks from today.
