                                 JUDGMENT

Mr. A.K. Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner states

that the instant case is squarely covered with the judgment rendered

by this Court in CWPOA No. 5825 of 2019, titled as Sh. Rajender

Parkash Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and another, decided on

22.9.2020 and this petition is also disposed of with the direction to the

respondents-State that the findings so returned by the Co-ordinate

Bench shall mutatis mutandis apply in this petition also. Pending

miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
