By way of present petition, the petitioner though has prayed

for a direction to the respondents to consider his candidature for the

post of Trained Graduate Teacher(Non-medical) under Wards of

Freedom Fighter category, but learned Counsel appearing for the

petitioner states on instructions, that his client shall be content and

satisfied, if a direction is given to respondent No.3, to declare the

result of the selection process for the above said post and sponsor

her name to the Department concerned, for further appointment, if

selected/eligible.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents are not averse to the

aforesaid prayer made on behalf of the petitioner.

Whether reporters of the Local papers are allowed to see the judgment? .

3. Consequently, the present petition is disposed of with a

direction to the respondents to declare the result of the post of

Trained Graduate Teacher(Non-medical) under the category of

.

Wards of Freedom Fighter within four weeks, and found

eligible/selected, name of the petitioner be sponsored to the

concerned Department, forthwith.
