Heard. I am not inclined to interfere with the

impugned order, but ready to accede to the alternate prayer of

the petitioners-defendants for expeditiously disposal of the

application moved by respondents-plaintiffs under Order 39 Rules

1 and 2 CPC in a time bound manner, lest it complicates the

entire issue.

2. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a

direction to the learned Trial Court to decide the aforesaid

application as expeditiously as possible and in no event later than

09.04.2021.
