Mr. Sudhir Bhatnagar, learned Additional Advocate
General on instructions states that Additional Chief Secretary
(Industries) has already instructed the Managing Director, HP.
Financial Corporation to decide the case of the petitioner. Mr. Ajay
Sharma, learned Sr. Counsel , representing respondent No.3 on
instructions states that issue with regard to payment of pension, if any,
to the petitioner has to be decided by the Government and as and
when necessary order for payment of pension shall be issued by
appropriate Government, respondent No.3 would disburse the
pension that too after receipt of money from Government. This Court
finds that petitioner despite their being judgment in his favour, has
been made to run from pillar to post for getting his admissible dues
for no fault on his part, as such, respondents are directed to do the
needful within a period of one week, failing which on the next date
of hearing, respondents No. 1 and 3 shall re main present in the Court.
