3. The learned Senior Additional Advocate General

submits that the representation of the petitioner will be

considered as expeditiously as possible.

placed on record.

5. In view of the above, the petition is disposed off,

with a direction to the respondents to consider the aforesaid

representation of the petitioner by 19th July, 2021. Till then,

the petitioner shall continue at the present place of posting, if

not already relieved.

Pending miscellaneous applications are also

disposed off.
