behalf of the writ petitioner, submits that, if the writ petitioner, is, directed

to, make a representation, for the relevant purpose, to, respondents No. 2

and 3, thereupon, he has been meted instructions, that the extant writ

petition be accordingly disposed of. Consequently, the extant writ petition is

disposed of, with a direction, to the writ petitioner, to, forthwith make a

representation, for the relevant purpose, to, co-respondents No. 2 and 3, and

the latters are, directed to, upon, receiving such, a, representation,

sympathetically consider it, after, taking into consideration the disability of his
