The present petition has been filed by the Himachal
Road Transport Corporation against the respondents for setting
aside judgment dated 30.10.2017, passed by learned
Administrative Tribunal, in O.A. No.3622 of 2017, titled as Karam
Chand vs. HRTC.

2. Although, the relief stands granted by the State
Administrative Tribunal in the impugned judgment dated
.
30.10.2017, we hasten to clarify that even otherwise this matter is
covered by the judgment passed in CWP No.2110 of 2019, titled as
Rajinder Kumar vs. HRTC and another, decided on 22.10.2019,
wherein, after placing reliance on the judgments of Hon'ble
Supreme Court, it was held that a criminal case, when comes in
the way of regularization, in respect of an employee, it has to be
carefully scrutinized by the Head of Officer or Appointing Authority,
unless it is to be held that it is a case of a serious nature.
Given above, the present petition is dismissed, so also,
pending application(s), if any.
