Though, perusal of status report filed by the respondent-

State, in terms of order dated 17.03.2021, reveals that parties have

resolved to settle their dispute amicably inter se them, but learned

counsel representing the petitioner states that he has instructions to

withdraw the present petition.

2. Consequently, in view of the above, present petition is

dismissed as withdrawn.
