Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the

issue in question is squarely covered by the judgment

rendered by me in CWP No.2467/2015, titled as Villam

Singh vs. State of H.P. & ors, decided on 7.4.2016, which

in turn, stands affirmed by learned Division Bench of this

Court in LPA No. 53/2018, titled as State of H.P. & ors.

vs. Villam Singh, decided on 26.11.2018.

Confronted with this, learned Additional

Advocate General prays for and is granted two weeks' time to

obtain instructions.
