Mr. K.D. Shreedhar, Sr. Advocate with Ms. Shreya Chauhan, Advocate for respondents.
As per report of the Registry, dasti notices issued to the
respondents are still awaited. At this stage, Ms. Shreya Chauhan,
Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of respondents No.2 to 4
and on her instructions Mr. K.D. Shreedhar, learned Senior Advocate
has also put in appearance. Mr. Sanjeev Bhushan, learned Senior
Advocate appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that
there are no allegations of willful disobedience passed by this Court
against respondent No.1 and his name be deleted from the array of
respondents. In view of the statement so made by learned Senior
Counsel, name of respondent No.1 is ordered to be deleted from the
array of respondents. Registry is directed to carry out necessary
correction in the memo of parties and the petition shall be construed
to be against respondents No.2 to 4, who hereinafter shall be reflected
as respondents No.1 to 3 in the memo of parties. Learned Senior
Counsel for the respondents further informs the Court that the
judgment passed by this Court purported non compliance which has
led to filing of the contempt petition has been assailed before Hon'ble
Supreme Court by way of SLP and the same has not yet been listed.
He prays that four weeks' time be granted to file the reply. Let needful
be done within four weeks. List on 10.5.2021.
