No.39-1 of 2009, titled as Kalu Nag Devta Jadaun vs. Budhi Ram

& another, affirmed by learned Additional District Judge-cum-

Special Judge (CBI), District Shimla, H.P., vide judgment dated

25.07.2019, passed in Civil Appeal RBT No.56-T/13 of 2013/12,

titled as Budhi Ram son of Sh.Udi Ram (deceased through Legal

heirs) vs. Kalu Nag Devta Jaidaun; and judgment dated

22.09.2011, passed by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division,

Theog, District Shimla, H.P., in Civil Suit No.40/1 of 2009, titled

as Kalu Nag Devta Jadaun vs. Abhi Ram & others, affirmed by

learned Additional District Judge-cum-Special Judge (CBI),

District Shimla, H.P., vide judgment dated 25.07.2019, passed in

Civil Appeal RBT No.13-T/13 of 2014/11, titled as Abhi Ram &

others vs. Kalu Nag Devta Jadaun, shall remain stayed and non-

applicants/appellants are also restrained from selling,

transferring, alienating and encumbering the suit property in

any manner till next date of hearing. Parties are also directed

to maintain status quo qua possession of the suit property till
