1. When the matter is taken up, learned Advocate for the applicant is absent.

2. Learned AGP has drawn our attention to order passed by this Court on last occasion, wherein this Court in its order dated 12-09-2025 has recorded that directions contained in oral judgment dated 02-02-2024, compliance of which sought for in the present application have already been met with.

3. The matter was adjourned to today for learned Advocate for the applicant to find out as to compliance is already effected or not.
