Learned advocate Ms. Raksha S Khated for the applicant submits that in light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in case of M/s. Celestium Financial V. A. Gnanasekaran arising out of Special Leave Petition (Crl.) Nos. 137-139/2025, she has instruction to withdraw the present application as well as the captioned criminal appeal, which is at filing stage, to file appropriate appeal before the learned Sessions Court and seeks permission to do so.

Permission, as sought for, is granted. The present application as well as the captioned criminal appeal, which is at filing stage, stand disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case.
