Hence, we do not find any willful or deliberate defiance of the directions issued by this Court vide judgment and order dated 24th January, 2024, wherein the Coordinate Bench had directed the respondents to make payment of retirement benefits to the applicant.

The present application stands disposed of. In case if the applicant is aggrieved by any fixation of pension amount or retirement benefits, it will be open for him to file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum.
