1. The present application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 299 days in filing the captioned appeal.

2. Since it is submitted by learned advocates for the respective parties that on an identical issue on a similar judgment, this Court vide order dated 16.01.2025 passed in Letters Patent Appeal No.111 of 2025 has already dismissed the appeal filed by the appellant, the delay of 299 days requires to be condoned. The same is hereby condoned.

3. The present application stands allowed. Registry to give pakka number to the captioned appeal and list the same today itself.
