                                                         ORAL ORDER

1. Mr. Mehul S. Shah, the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the learned Joint Charity Commissioner, Ahmedabad has finally heard the Judicial Misc. Application No.26 of 2024 today and the judgment is reserved.

2. Mr. Dhaval D. Vyas, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 5 does not dispute the said fact. He, however, submits that the petitioners may be bound by their statement that they are operating the expenses only through proper banking channel.

3. In view of the submissions made by the parties, the prayers in the present Special Civil Application does not survive. However, the interim relief granted pending the Special Civil Application shall continue till pronouncement of the final order in Judicial Misc. Application No.26 of 2024.
