- original complainant. Learned advocate Ms.Desai, on instruction, states that it is in full and final settlement of all disputes between the parties. In view of the satisfaction of the entire claim of the complainant, the complaint filed by the complainant is quashed and the judgment and order dated 03.07.2023 passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge & JMFC, Palanpur in Criminal Case No. 2476 of 2022 and the judgment and order dated 06.06.2024 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, District Banaskantha at Palanpur in Criminal Appeal No. 269 of 2023 are set aside. The applicant, who has already undergone about a month behind bars is directed to be released forthwith.

4. Rule made absolute. Direct service today is permitted.

5. In view of the order passed in the present revision application, the connected Criminal Misc. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
