Present application is filed by the applicant for condonation of delay of 271 days caused in filing the appeal against the judgment and order dated 28.03.2023 passed by the learned Special Judge (POCSO) and 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Surat at Bardoli in Special POCSO Case No.61 of 2022.

Considering the adverments made in the application and in view of the fact that confirmation case of co-accused has already been admitted by an order dated 12.04.2023, the Court deems it proper to condone the delay of 271 days caused in filing the appeal. Hence, the application stands disposed of accordingly.
