                                  ORAL ORDER

1. This petition is filed challenging the order th dated 27.12.2021 passed by the learned 4 Additional

Civil Judge, Ahmedabad (Rural) below Exhs.149 and 266

in Regular Civil Suit No.946 of 1996.

2. When the matter is called out, learned

advocate Mr.Thakor for the petitioner produced the paper

book, which is taken on record, and submitted that

during the pendency of this petition, Regular Civil Suit

No.946 of 1996 is disposed of by judgment and order

C/SCA/4209/2022 ORDER DATED: 28/03/2023

dated 15.3.2022. However, learned advocate Mr.Thakor

submitted that the same is challenged by way of Regular

Civil Appeal No.21 of 2022 before the appellate Court.

Learned advocate Ms.Trusha Patel appearing for some of

the respondents has also confirmed the said fact.

3. In view of the above, this petition has become

infructuous and is accordingly disposed of. It is clarified

that this Court has not examined the merits of the

matter.
