The present applicant has been filed by the applicant seeking parole leave for a period of 30 days on the ground to prefer an appeal before this Court against the judgment passed by the Sessions Court.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the application and submitted the jail remarks.

It appears from the jail records, the applicant has been recently convicted in the month of February, 2023 and looking to the contents of the application, no case is made out to release the applicant on bail. Hence, rejected. Rule is discharged.
