Since long, the main suit, wherefrom this petition arises, has already been posted for hearing final arguments and prior thereto, the case was posted for judgment, and thereafter, it was transferred to another Court. However, case is already posted for hearing final arguments since long.

In view thereof, Mr. Amit V. Thakkar, learned advocate for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw this petition. Permission as prayed for is granted. This petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.

However, it is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of this case.
