It is reported that the prosecution has examined 45 witnesses and few police officers are yet to be examined.

In view of the above fact, learned 2 nd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ahmeababad, who is in charge of Sessions Case No. 77 of 2016, is hereby directed to complete the trial as early as possible and shall pronounce the judgment on or before 18.11.2022 considering the fact that the applicant is behind the bar since May, 2015.

In view of the above direction, learned advocate for the applicant does not press this application. Accordingly, present application stands disposed of as not pressed.
