This application is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act by the applicant seeking to condone the

delay of 72 days, which is caused in filing the First

Appeal against the judgment and order passed by the

learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ahmedabad in

C.M.A. No.7 of 2021, dated 30.04.2022.

2. Heard learned advocates for the respective

parties.

3. We have considered the submissions canvassed

by the learned advocates for the respective parties. We

have perused the reasons stated in the memo of

application and the cause for not preferring the appeal

within a period of limitation. The sufficient cause is

made out by the applicant.

4. In that view, delay is condoned. Rule is made

absolute accordingly.
