1. The present Special Civil Application has been

filed challenging the order dated 05.09.2012 passed

below Exhibit 9 in Special Summary Suit No.556 of 2009.

2. The suit itself having been disposed of by the

trial court by order / judgment dated 17.02.2018, the

present petition would not survive for consideration and

accordingly, it stands dismissed.

3. All pending applications, if any, stands

consigned to records.
