1. The present Special Civil Application has been

filed challenging the order dated 20.04.2015 passed

below Exhibits 113 and 114 in Special Civil Suit No.29 of

2002.

2. The suit itself having been disposed of by the

trial court by order / judgment dated 29.01.2016, the

present petition would not survive for consideration and

accordingly, it stands dismissed.

3. All pending applications, if any, stands

consigned to records.
