1. The present Special Civil Application has been

filed challenging the order dated 04.01.2013 passed

below Exhibit 13 in Regular Civil Suit No.426 of 2001.

2. The suit itself having been disposed of by the

trial court by order / judgment dated 03.02.2021, the

present petition would not survive for consideration and

accordingly, it stands dismissed.

3. All pending applications, if any, stands

consigned to records.
