1. The present Special Civil Application has been

filed challenging the order dated 22.03.2011 passed

below Exhibit 53 in Regular Civil Suit No.22 of 2006.

2. The suit itself having been disposed of by the

trial court by order / judgment dated 12.06.2019, the

present petition would not survive for consideration and

accordingly, it stands dismissed.

3. All pending applications, if any, stands

consigned to records.
