                                    ORAL ORDER

The present Application has been preferred by the Applicant-Original Complainant for Leave to Appeal to prefer an Appeal challenging the impugned judgment and order of acquittal passed by the learned 6th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mehsana in Criminal Case No. 869 of 2018 dated 30.8.2019.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant has submitted that other three Criminal Miscellaneous Applications being Criminal Misc. Application Nos. 22999 of 2019, 22990 of 2019, 23086 of 2019 and 23009 of 2019 filed by the present Applicant, have been allowed by the Coordinate Bench.

Having heard learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Applicant and learned APP appearing on behalf of the Respondent - State, leave to Appeal is granted.
