                             ORAL ORDER

By this application under section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 379 days caused in filing Criminal Revision Application No. 612 of 2021 against the judgment and order dated 1.12.2018 passed by the learned 2nd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate in Criminal Misc. Application No. 124 of 2017.

Having regard to the submissions advanced by the learned advocate for the applicant and more particularly considering the averments made in the memorandum of application, this Court deems it not fit to accept the prayer made by the applicant to condone the delay as sought for as such a delay has not been sufficiently explained by the applicant The application, therefore, stands rejected. Rule stands discharged.
