                            ORAL ORDER

Rule to the respondent no.1-State. Learned APP waives service of notice of rule for and on behalf of the respondent no.1-State and as this application has been filed to condone the delay of only 22 days, no notice of rule to the respondent no.2.

By this application under section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, the applicants seek condonation of delay caused in filing the Criminal Revision Application No. 657 of 2022 against the judgment and order dated 21.12.2021 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Palanpur in Criminal Misc. Application No. 158 of 2019.

Having regard to the submissions advanced by the learned advocate for the applicants and more particularly

considering the averments made in the memorandum of application, the Court is of the view that the delay caused in filing theCriminal Revision Application No. 657 of 2022 has been sufficiently explained.

The application, therefore, succeeds and is accordingly, allowed. The delay caused in filing the Criminal Revision Application No. 657 of 2022 is hereby condoned.

Present Application stands disposed of. Rule is made absolute.
