today, this Court has passed following order,

"In the result, the present Criminal Appeal is allowed. The impugned judgment and order of conviction and sentence dated 19.06.2013 passed by the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Nadiad in Sessions Case No.47/2011 is hereby quashed and set aside. The bail bond executed by the appellant - accused stands cancelled and he is ordered to be set at liberty, if not required in any other offence. The amount of fine, if any, paid by the appellant - accused shall be refunded to him immediately. Record & Proceedings are ordered to be sent back to the concerned trial court forthwith.
