Mr. Nirav Sanghavi, learned advocate for the appellant - original petitioner states that the present appellant has received an amount of Rs.1 lakh from the respondent - Cooperative Bank towards settlement and hence, decided to withdraw the present appeal, by which, the learned Single Judge has by oral judgment dated 3.8.2021 allowed the petition filed by the appellant.

He has placed a communication received by him from the appellant to withdraw the appeal. The same is taken on record.
