Heard learned advocate for the contesting parties.

Respondent No.5 who has passed away happened to be mother of the deceased-victim. Her heirs are already on record. So far as the respondent No.7 who has also passed away was the driver of one of the vehicle involved in the accident.

For the purpose of disposal of this application, the presence of his heirs is not required.

Present application for condonation of delay which has occurred in preferring the First Appeal to challenge the impugned judgment and award dated 16.05.2018 passed by MACT (Aux.) at Patan in MACP No.218/2006.

Considering the averments made in the application, delay is condoned. Civil Application stands disposed of.
