Heard learned advocate for the applicant - Insurance Company.

Learned advocate for the Insurance Company submits that the entire awarded amount together with interest and costs is deposited in the tribunal. He, therefore, urges that the stay of impugned judgment and award may be confirmed till the disposal of the appeal.

In view of the above, stay of the impugned judgment and award granted earlier is confirmed till the disposal of the appeal with liberty in favour of the claimant to move an application for disbursement on deposited amount. Rule is made absolute.
