1. Mr.Munshaw, learned advocate for respondent No.3 requests for time in view of the fact that Letters Patent Appeal has been filed on behalf of Respondent No.3 District Primary Education Officer, Vadodara District Panchayat.

2. This request is opposed by Ms.Shikha D. Panchal, learned advocate for the applicant.

3. We are not inclined to accept the request made by learned advocate Mr.Munshaw in view of the fact that the judgment and order rendered by the learned Single Judge in Special Civil Application No.16342 of 2013 way-back on 26.08.2019. Hence, we pass the following order.

C/MCA/144/2020 ORDER DATED: 21/09/2021

3.1 The respondents herein are directed to comply with the directions issued by the learned Single Judge in the judgment and order dated 26.08.20219 rendered in Special Civil Application No.16342 of 2013, as early as possible preferably within period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of writ of this order unless the implementation of the said judgment is stayed by the Appellate Bench.

4. With the above observation and direction, the present application is disposed of. Notice is discharged.
