Heard Mr. Rathin P. Raval, learned advocate for the applicant.

The present application is filed for condonation of delay occurred in preferring the first appeal to assail the judgment and order dated 21.06.2019 passed by learned MACT, (Aux.) 4th Additional District & Sessions Court Bhuj in MACP No.288/2000.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay in preferring the First Appeal is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
