Heard learned advocate for the applicant and learned advocate for respondent no.3. There is no appearance on behalf of the respondents nos. 1 and 2 despite service of notice, however, their presence is not necessary for the disposal of this application.

Present application is preferred for condonation of delay which has occurred in preferring appeal to challenge the impugned judgment and award passed by the Tribunal.

Considering the averments made in the application and the facts of the case, delay is hereby condoned. The application stands disposed of. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
