The present application is filed for condonation of delay occurred in preferring the first appeal to assail the judgment and order dated 20.04.2019 passed by learned MACT (Aux.) Dhangandhra in MACP No.78/2011.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay in preferring the First Appeal is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
