Heard learned advocate for the applicant. The

respondent No.2.1 reported to be dead. However, her

legal heirs are on record.

Present application is preferred for condonation of

delay which has occurred in preferring appeal to

challenge the impugned judgment and award passed by

the Tribunal.

Considering the averments made in the application

and the facts of the case, delay is hereby condoned. The

application is allowed. Rule is made absolute to the

aforesaid extent.
