Heard learned Advocate Shri Viral K. Shah for the petitioner and learned AGP Shri Utkarsh Sharma for the respondents.

A grievance has been raised by the petitioner that on account of an order of the Collector being passed against the petitioner, names of legal heirs of person, who had sold the property in 2001, had been mutated in the revenue record of the land concerned. Learned Advocate submits the order of the Collector had been set aside by the Revisional Authority which order has been confirmed by the learned Single Judge of this Court vide oral judgment dated 15.10.2019 passed in Special Civil Application No.16482 of 2019 and whereas order of the learned Single Judge had been confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court vide dated 20.01.2020 in Letters Patent

Appeal No.64 of 2020. It is submitted by the learned Advocate that inspite of the order of the learned SSRD confirmed by orders of this Court in writ petition as well as Letters Patent Appeal yet appropriate mutation has not been carried out by the respondent Authorities.

Learned AGP seeks permission to file a reply to the petition.

Having regard to the same, S.O. to 22.09.2021 by which date, appropriate reply shall be filed respondent Authority without fail.
