Application is filed praying for extension of time to deposit the amount which is ordered by the Court vide an order dated 4.12.2019. However, Mr.Salim M. Saiyed, learned advocate for the applicant submitted that original revision application is filed challenging the judgment of conviction and order of sentence passed by the Magistrate and confirmed by the appellate Court before this Court.

Mr.Hardik K. Raval, learned advocate who appears for respondent No.2 - original complainant in the revision application submitted that matter is settled between the parties and he is ready with the affidavit of the complainant. Therefore, instead of extending the time, I allow the present application directing the Registry to notify the Criminal Revision Application No.1604 of 2019 forthwith today only. In view thereof, this application stands disposed of.
