1. This is an application at the instance of the original successful writ applicants with a request that the appeal preferred by the District Panchayat Service Selection Committee being the Letters Patent Appeal No.200 of 2020 be notified for final disposal.

2. Notifiy the Letters Patent Appeal No.200 of 2020 for final disposal on 13.10.2021 on top of the Board.

3. On the next date of hearing, we would like to know from the appellants why the directions issued by the learned Single Judge vide order dated 27.09.2019 have not been complied with.

4. We take notice of the fact that the impugned judgment and

order passed by the learned Single Judge has not been stayed in appeal. In such circumstances, the appellants owe an explanation to the aforesaid questions of ours.
