                                ORAL ORDER

1. This matter is listed today in view of Note for Speaking to Minutes dated 12.3.2021 filed by learned AGP. It is stated that, by mistake, in the last line of paragraph 5 of the judgment, instead of word "allow" it is typed as "dismiss". Therefore, it is prayed to allow this Note by correcting above mistake.

2. In view of above, present Note for Speaking to Minutes is allowed. Last line of paragraph 5 of judgment dated 9.2.2021 passed in Special Civil Application No.14906 of 2010 should be corrected and it should be read as under:-

"5. ...........In view of all these, he has prayed to allow present petition."

3. Accordingly, this Note for Speaking to Minutes is disposed of.
