This application under section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 (CPC) is filed by the applicant for transfer of Family Suit No. 2328 of 2018, from Family Court, Ahmedabad to the Family Court at Vishnagar.

Learned advocate Mr. Shrenik Jasani for the respondent is present and drawing attention to the copy of judgment and order dated 17.02.2020, passed by the learned Judge, Family Court No. 5, Ahmedabad in Family Suit No. 2328 of 2018, submitted that the suit in question has already been disposed of and accordingly, this application does not survive.
